1.We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
2.You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Customforher.
3.Paint is chipping, Crystals fall off,Broken chain, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)
The following reasons are covered by our 30 day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.

1.You chose the wrong size bracelet(s) /ring(s) or chain length.
2.Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
3.If personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, ordering numerous personalized items for the purposes of comparison or sizing, or you do not see the detailed description, etc.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues:
1.Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Customforher product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
2.Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3.Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
4.Items that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify.
5.Items which have been used and damaged within 30 days from the delivered date
Return Service Procedure:
1.Please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
2.To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
4.The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
5.Return address (Please contact customer service for the return address).
6.Please make sure you provide us the tracking and receipt after you return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
1.Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 1 day. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 12hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.

You are ordering a personalized item, sometimes your item may take longer to process than the shipping and handling advertised. We are not responsible for postal delay, lost packages or custom fees . Personalized orders cannot be returned, the item is made specially for you, therefore it cannot be restocked. Please make sure your name/initials are spelled the correct way. We do our best to work with our customers if the customer is not satisfied with the product, but please know it is a hand prepared item and it is custom, so please take that into consideration when ordering. If you need to make a change please do so during the 24h period following your order. Orders cannot be altered after 24hrs. About personalized Name Necklaces and other personalized jewelry:
1.Make sure your name is spelled correctly. The name will be made exactly how you write it in the text box. So if you write "vanessa" the name will be made with all lowercases, and not "Vanessa".
2.Please know each name necklace is made specially for you, there are no names in stock! Each name is designed and cut specially for you. Silver Name Necklaces and Gold Plated Name Necklaces came in two thicknesses, single (0.7 mm thick) and double (1.2 mm thick). Single thickness necklaces work better with names of 7 letters or less. Choose a double thick name necklace if you want a more durable, better-finished name necklace or if you name has more than 7 letters.
3.Please make sure you write the initials for your monogram in the correct order. If you name is Ann Marie Williams you should write in the box AWM, since the last name initial goes in the center of the monogram. Please know the monogram will be made exactly as you write it in the custom box.
4.Solid gold name necklaces, also come in two different thicknesses, (single: .4 mm thick, double: .8 mm thick) choose double thickness if you want a stronger name necklace that will last you for years and years. Double thick name necklaces have a warranty of 1 year. Once you get your name necklace, you'll never take it off!!
5.Monogram Necklaces and Monogram Jewelry, Monograms traditional order is (first name initial, LAST NAME INITIAL, middle name initial) please make sure your initials are in the correct order when placing the order, monograms that are ordered in the incorrect order are not returnable, if you wish to remake a monogram because you made a mistake in the order of the initials there is a fee of 30 dollars for silver, 37 for gold plated, and 160 for solid gold.
