Production and Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my Name Necklace or monogram?
Your Name Necklace or Monogram will be graphically designed, cut, polished, the chain attached, and prepared for post. You will receive your Name Necklace in around 15-20 working days. Please notice that personalized Name Necklace may suffer delays, remember, we have no stock items. Each Name Necklace is hand prepare just for you! Please know that if your name necklace or monogram has a diamond setting or crystal setting it will take a few days more for you to receive your order. 


2.Can I order the item for delivery straight to the recipient?
Of course! Simply fill in the “Shipping Address” section at checkout with the recipient’s address.
Each Customforher order is beautifully gift-wrapped and ready to send!

3.How can I track the shipping status of my order?
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you immediately after we ship the item

4.Help, my package has not arrived!
Transit time can vary greatly depending on weather, holidays, and other factors. Please be patient and check the tracking provided to you via email.
For international orders, customs processing may take some time and the package may appear stalled. Don’t panic! It is completely normal. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over packages once they have left the USA.

Adjustments, Returns, and Warranties
1.My ring doesn’t fit. What can I do?
Due to the fact that our rings are all custom-made and personalized, we are unable to resize the ring if it is more than 1 size up. We are unable to resize the ring down. Please send us a message at support@customforher.com and our team will help you figure the size that is right for you prior to ordering.

2.What is your Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee?
We've got your back! Precious metals may naturally tarnish over time. Typically, a quick polish will keep it shiny. If your piece is stubborn and the tarnishing won't budge- we are happy to fix it for you. All you have to do is pack it up and ship it back. We'll send your piece back good as new :)

3.Oh no, my piece broke. What is your warranty for breakages?
We’ve got your back! Each piece has a 1-Year Warranty which covers any defects or breakages. Standing by our products is one of our Rellery Email our team within the first year of purchase and we are happy to fix it for you. All you need to do is package your piece and send it back. We will replace or repair your item and ship it back to you free of charge.

4.What is your Return Policy?
Non-personalized items: We accept returns on all US orders within 30 days for unworn items where the pink returns tag is intact. (For International returns, we will deduct 20 USD processing/shipping fee from the order.)
If an order is marked as delivered per the post or delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can retrieve the item back.
Personalized items: All items with custom engraving are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these items we are not able to change or refund an engraved piece unless there is an issue or mistake with the item. However, we do want you to love your Customforher, so please let us know any concerns at support@customforher.com.

5.How long does it take to process my return?
Once we received the item back at Customforher, we will process it right away. It can take up to 5-10 days depending on how complete your return form is.
Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear on PayPal statement.

 

Ordering
1.How can I personalize my item?
Most Customforher pieces can be personalized right on the product page. We also provide a preview of your engraving prior to purchase! Simply select your font, type in your text, and our engraving generator will automatically provide a “preview” image on the page.Once you submit the order, you will get a confirmation with your rendered image for reference.Please note the actual engraving might vary slightly as the preview image is just an approximation. Our team individually designs each engraving to best fit the text onto the item.

2. What length chain should I order? 
For children 4-13, please order 14" (35 cm) chains. For teens and average sized adults wanting below collarbone length, please order 16" (40 cm). For mid chest length, fuller necks, please order 18" (45 cm). For a longer necklace (just above breast) Please order 20" (50cm) chains. The chain length does not include the nameplate length.


3.Help! The engraving on my order confirmation is incorrect? How do I update my order?
Please let us know ASAP at support@customforher.com if you need to change or cancel the order.
If your order is personalized and we have not started it, we can update it for you.
If the order has already been made, we may need to charge a fee for rework.
Make sure to double check your engraving before purchase to avoid misspellings or incorrect dates!

4.What payment methods can I choose from?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

5.Is payment secure on your Internet site?
Yes, absolutely. We accept  paypal through secured server.

6. Do you make special orders? 
Yes! Simply contact us with size, type of lettering, type of jewelry and material. We will let you know if we can make the special order Name Necklace, Monogram, the price and time of preparation. Customforher is open to your ideas and any new designs.

7. Do you discount for multiple orders? Yes, our customers often buy group name necklaces, for special events like weddings or parties, email support@customforher.com and ask for a discount coupon for multiple orders. Please follow us on Instagram and on Facebook, all offers and special coupons will be posted there

8. Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship world wide for the same low cost, both standard and express.

9. Do the items come gift-wrapped? The Name Necklace is placed in a small merchandise box with a clear top. We also offer gift box options, if you would like a gift box with your necklace please select "Gift Box" during the ordering process. Gift-wrapping is also offered during checkout.

Materials and Care
1.Will my jewelry tarnish?
Natural, precious metals can tarnish over time. Our materials are high-quality and we do everything possible to ensure the longevity of our jewelry (e.g., plating all our Sterling-Silver with Rhodium)
In the rare instance that your piece tarnishes, it can usually be brought back to shine with a polishing cloth. We also provide a Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee if you need our assistance in bringing it back to perfect – just sent it back and we’ll fix it up or replace it.

2.How to clean your personalized jewelry?

You should clean your name necklace and other personalized jewelry and monograms with jewelry cleaners (gold or silver) they sell at many jeweler stores or if you have a Wal-mart or Target near you, they have wonderful silver and jewelry cleaners by the jewelry section. Make sure you follow all the instructions described in the labels.

With all jewelry, it is best to keep it in a dry dark place when not wearing it.
